Installing the wiper blade:
- Align the new wiper blade with the mount on the wiper arm, ensuring a secure fit. You should hear a clicking sound when it locks into place.
- Carefully position the wiper arm back onto the windshield.
- Deactivate the service position.
It is crucial to fold the windshield wipers only when the vehicle is in the service position. Otherwise, there is a risk of causing damage to the paint on the hood or the windshield wiper motor.
- Do not drive the vehicle or activate the windshield wiper lever when the wiper arms are folded away from the windshield. The windshield wipers may return to their original position and potentially cause harm to the hood and windshield.
