Follow these instructions step-by-step for changing the wheel. You need to raise a car with the jack first before the wheel can be removed.
Taking off the wheel:
- Utilize the hexagonal socket attached to the screwdriver handle to fully detach the uppermost bolt securing the wheel. Place it aside on a spotless surface.
- Gradually twist the threaded part of the alignment pin from the tool kit into the vacant bolt hole until it feels secure.
- Proceed to remove the remaining wheel bolts using the same procedure explained earlier.
- Removing the wheel while keeping the alignment pin inserted in the bolt hole.
Installing the spare wheel:
- Elevate the spare wheel and carefully slide it onto the alignment pin to position it correctly.
- Utilize the hexagonal socket in the screwdriver handle to partially screw in and secure all wheel bolts.
- Remove the alignment pin and insert it into the remaining bolt hole, tightening it slightly like the others.
- Rotate the jack handle counterclockwise to lower the vehicle until the jack is completely released.
- Employ the wheel bolt wrench to firmly tighten all wheel bolts, following a crosswise pattern from one bolt to its (approximately) opposite counterpart. This helps maintain proper alignment of the wheel.
